Shipping
We will ship your in-stock order within 1-2 business days. A made-to-order will take 1-5 business days. Special orders will take 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece or the difficulty I have getting stones or other parts of the jewelry. Feel free to keep in touch with me.
Custom orders are pieces you and I design and are made from scratch. I would appreciate a 40% deposit before I spend a lot of time on it. I would like to check back and forth with you as needed.
We ship USPS Priority flat rate, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, and UPS Next Day to USA addresses.

Returns
No one wants to deal with returns—you or me. But sometimes there are good reasons to return an item. In the case of breakage or other craftsmanship problems, I will offer to fix it or refund/exchange and will pay the postage.
Otherwise, If will give a refund or exchange for non-custom items if you return it within 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping costs going both ways. I am assuming returned items are in good condition. Returns on custom-made jewelry are more difficult because the piece was made specifically for you. I will give a 50% refund on those.
